Hospitality & Fleet Management:

• Effective management of end to end Business travel requirements which include air tickets, hotels, visa services and transport arrangements (airport transfers, chauffeur services)
• Ensure timely renewal, operational support and administration of Banks car fleet services with driver
• Related contract renewals and payments for services
• Ensuring compliance to predefined SLAs, policy and procedures whilst ensuring high standards of service
• Strive towards service excellence and continuous improvement
• Ensure business operations continuity
• Maintain up to date related MIS and use data analytics to drive change management whilst working towards continuous improvements
• Provide cross functional support as required
• Strategically plan and lead improvement initiatives and projects

• Ensure business operations continuity and high customer satisfaction

  
  

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor in Hotel Management & Catering Technology / Airline Diploma
• 5+ years’ rich experience in the hospitality and travel industry sector
• Fluent in English both in reading and writing.
• Good knowledge of MICROSOFT products (Excel, Power Point, Word etc.)
