Office Manager (Dubai)

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary Provide necessary support to employees with technology, accessories, stationery, etc. Contribute to office support, including organizing and overseeing cleaning schedules, handling minor purchases of products and supplies Coordination with facilities management, building management teams to maintain the office environment and handle any repairs or potential improvements Help in collaboration with external contractors and services (delivery service, florists, etc.) Offer occasional administrative support (e.g., handling, printing documents, etc.)
Prior experience in a similar role High level of proficiency in both spoken and written English Excellent organization skills Problem-Solving Abilities Attentiveness and prompt task execution Proficient PC skills and no difficulty with handling office equipment Location in Dubai (UAE) Proficiency in using Task management tools* MS Office skills
