Black & Grey HR is hiring an experienced Office Manager for a prominent organization in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing executives' schedules, handling communications, organizing meetings, and providing comprehensive administrative support. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in a similar role, excellent organizational and communication skills, fluency in Arabic and English, and expertise in MS Office. This position requires strong attention to detail, experience with high-level meetings and logistics, and the ability to create professional presentations in both languages.Responsibilities:- Efficiently manage executives' schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.- Act as a point of contact for emails and communications, handling correspondence on behalf of senior stakeholders.- Prepare and organize meeting agendas, minutes, and required documents.- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and coordination.- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the effective functioning of the executive team.- Develop and deliver professional presentations in both Arabic and English.Requirements- Strong organizational and communication skills.- Proficiency in MS Office applications.- Experience managing high-level meetings and logistics.- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyBenefits- Attractive salary + Benefits
