Position Overview:


As the Office Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations. This role is essential to creating an organized, efficient, and positive work environment that supports our team’s productivity and engagement. You will collaborate with leadership to manage office operations, vendor relationships, and employee needs while driving process improvements.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Office Operations & Administration: Oversee the daily operations of the office, including supplies management, facilities coordination, and equipment maintenance to ensure a well-functioning workspace.
  • Vendor & Supplier Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Event Coordination: Organize internal events, meetings, and company-wide activities to foster team cohesion and maintain a positive office culture.
  • Budget & Expense Management: Monitor office expenses and budgets, ensuring that operations remain cost-effective while meeting business needs.
  • Employee Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries, ensuring employee needs are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Compliance & Health/Safety Regulations: Ensure the office adheres to health, safety, and security regulations. Implement policies to promote a safe and inclusive working environment.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement new processes to improve office efficiency and employee experience.
