Provide guidance and expertise during customer engagements, presentations, and workshops to showcase the value and capabilities of HPE's AI solutions. Develop and present proof-of-concepts and prototypes to demonstrate the feasibility and potential impact of AI solutions for customer-specific use cases. Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration of NVIDIA AI solutions. Provide training, documentation, and support to customers, enabling them to effectively implement, configure, and utilize NVIDIA’s AI solutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies, industry trends, and best practices, incorporating them into the development and enhancement of HPE's AI solutions. Collaborate with the product team to provide valuable customer insights, contribute to the product roadmap, and assist in the development of new AI solutions. Bachelor's / Master's degree, or relevant IT certifications in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field 8+ years of experience in presales, sales or technical sales positions. Strong understanding of AI concepts, algorithms, and frameworks. Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI-related offerings. Have a high level of emotional intelligence. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically and strategically. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Customer orientation and sales-driven attitude.
