The NOC Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the Network Operations Center (NOC) activities related to the metro rail project. This role involves monitoring and managing the D&B contractors' network operations during the design review and construction stages to ensure system availability and performance. Roles and Responsibilities: Qualifications and Educational Requirements: Experience in network operations and management. Knowledge and Experience: Minimum of 5 -7 years of experience in network operations. Experience with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios). Preferred Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
