Job Title: New Business Operations Administrator Job Location : Dubai Job type: 6 months
Key Responsibilities: To perform the various functions in the new business operations unit for the Agency, Bancassurance, and IFA channels to achieve established goals, achieve a profit, and provide quality services that generate long term success for the Company.
Key Responsibilities:
Process new insurance applications, handle policy changes, and manage cancellations.
Review and ensure accuracy of customer data (age, DOB, name, etc.) on insurance applications.
Gather and document existing customers' claims histories and compliance checks (OFAC, FATCA, CRS).
Update policies based on underwriter decisions and company guidelines.
Calculate premiums, refunds, and commissions, and prepare documents for account adjustments.
Manage policy kit dispatch and ensure all documents (T&Cs, endorsements, benefit cards) are included.
Verify financial transactions and ensure policies are activated accurately.
Process refund requests and manage reconciliation with medical service providers.
Collaborate with agents, consultants, and bancassurance relationship managers to provide updates on applications and requests.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and insurance authority requirements.
Due to nature of job and responsibility, fluency in Arabic is must.
