JOB PURPOSE
The Nationalization Manager is responsible for leading the nationalization strategy by developing, implementing, and refining policies and initiatives that support the recruitment, integration, and retention of national employees. He/she collaborates closely with HR and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with Azadea’s objectives while fostering a work environment that supports the growth and development of national talents.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE
General Experience
Seven to nine years of experience in Human Resources, or a similar role.
