JOB PURPOSE




The Nationalization Manager is responsible for leading the nationalization strategy by developing, implementing, and refining policies and initiatives that support the recruitment, integration, and retention of national employees. He/she collaborates closely with HR and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with Azadea’s objectives while fostering a work environment that supports the growth and development of national talents.





RESPONSIBILITIES




  • Lead the development and continuous refinement of Azadea’s nationalization strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s broader objectives and driving the long-term success of nationalization efforts.
  • Contribute to the ongoing review and improvement of policies and procedures, proposing necessary changes to facilitate the recruitment and integration of nationals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement nationalization policies and procedures, providing advisory support to ensure their effective application across the organization.
  • Partner with the HRBP team and internal stakeholders to design, implement, and prioritize initiatives that attract, develop, and retain national employees, ensuring their long-term success within the organization. 
  • Actively engage in recruitment and selection processes, ensuring smooth integration of nationals and fostering their ongoing development within the organization.
  • Serve as the key advisor on national employee relations, providing expert guidance and strategic solutions while representing the company in interactions with relevant authorities.
  • Lead the collaboration with relevant departments to strategize, oversee, and evaluate career development programs, professional training, and retention initiatives, ensuring they align with the needs and aspirations of national employees while driving organizational objectives.
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to line managers, equipping them with the skills needed to effectively support the growth and success of national employees.
  • Manage the department’s budget, set clear objectives, and ensure the efficient allocation of resources to support nationalization initiatives.
  • Oversee internal surveys and market research while collaborating with HR professionals to ensure the nationalization program aligns with industry best practices.
  • Develop insightful metrics and detailed analytical reports, offering actionable data on the progress and effectiveness of the nationalization initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to nationalization initiatives, ensuring compliance with internal policies and government regulations.
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate the team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base, and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company.



LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS




Language Proficiency



  • Fluency in English.
  • Fluency in Arabic is a plus.

Technical Skills



  • Proficiency in MS Office.



EDUCATION




Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or a related field.





EXPERIENCE




General Experience 



Seven to nine years of experience in Human Resources, or a similar role.



Managerial Experience 



Four years of experience in a managerial role.
