• GENERAL:
• Greet the guests
• Ensuring guest is comfortable
• Offer drinks
• Consulting guests with treatment procedure
• Ensuring guest has no contra indication to the service
• Upselling treatments and services and achieve the monthly assigned sales targets for services and products and provide excellent customer service to all the clients
• Recommending retail products for after care
• Cleanness and sanitising of own mani & pedi station after each service
• Maintain safe work practices and hygiene standards
• Review own daily sales report
