• Data and Information Management: Efficiently manage and control data and information related to valuations.
• Technology Advancement: Stay updated on the latest technological advancements in the valuation industry and leverage them to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• MRICS Valuations Pathway: Completion of the MRICS Valuations Pathway (essential)
• Technical Expertise: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Business Acumen: Degree in Business, Finance, or Real Estate (preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in conducting valuations of residential properties, including land, apartments, villas, and building compounds.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess property values accurately.
