MPM - Sr.Building Surveyor (Outsource)

Role       : Sr. Building Surveyor (PMS)
Location :  Abu Dhabi                      
Role Purpose:
Assist PMC to do conduct building inspection, assessment building condition, safety and compliance, draft property condition assessment report and advice about, health safety and compliance, sustainability, and efficiency.

Integral to the success of construction projects, ensuring that buildings are safe, efficient, and compliant with all regulations.
    
Key Accountabilities of the role      

General:

• Provide a high level of customer service and care
• Present the company in a professional manner in all business fields.
• Self-development and continuing personal development. Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures
• Analyses and document business process and problems to develop solutions to enhance efficiencies.

PMC:

•    Overseeing and conducting building inspections and preparing detailed reports on findings.
•    Providing leadership and guidance to junior surveyors and other team members.
•    Managing client relationships, including attending meetings and providing expert advice.
•    Advising on property law, planning regulations, and building codes.
•    Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards in all surveying activities.
•    Playing an active role in the development and training of more junior team members.

Risk:

•  Monitor exposure to risk and compliance of respective development advisory department.

Training:

In house training will be given
 

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
•    A bachelor’s degree in building surveying, engineering, or a related field.
•    Proficiency with Computer software.
•    Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
•    Ability to manage projects and translate simple ideas into architectural concepts.
•    Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and travel as needed
 

Previous experience:

• Minimum five years’ experience working in similar role.
