Role : Consultant - Strategic ConsultancyLocation : Dubai Role Purpose: To carry out market research and feasibility studies, development appraisal, pricing trends, Benchmarking study, highest and best use, including financial modelling, with the aim to deliver and provide excellent customer service to the existing clients and new business clients to maximize business opportunities across UAE.Key Accountabilities of the role General: Provide a high standards of customer service and care. Present the company in a professional manner in all business events and encourage cross selling with departments. Self-development and continuing personal development. Meeting and managing clients for the various ongoing projects in the team. Promote the organization at all the relevant opportunities when meeting people through the business in the industry. Maintaining confidentiality among the clients Contributing to transparency and flexible work environment with the managementResponsibilities: Assist the management with any incoming new business opportunities. Assist in proposal and other pitch documents. Assist in preparing ongoing strategic consulting reports Assist in financial models for various asset class for Strategic consulting. Assisting in Feasibility Studies, HBU’s, Development appraisal, Pricing study, Benchmark study as required. Completion of task timely assigned by Line manager. Updating Market research data as part of the projects Collecting data and site inspection for the projects Maintaining and updating data Coordinating with various departments for the projects and the data collection as and when required. Ensure a high standard of report output. Excellent knowledge of the property market Risk: Responsible for carrying out due diligence to mitigate exposure to risk. Comply with the Standard Operating Procedures for the valuation and advisory department. Training: To provide specific research training for the team, as required To support the valuations team with consulting data from time to time. Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role: University Degree (preferred in Real Estate Management and/or Finance) Excellent Communication skills in English Excellent market knowledge Excellent Time management Previous experience: Minimum 3+ years’ experience working in Real Estate strategic consulting field or related services.
