Black & Grey HR is recruiting on behalf of a well-established insurance company in Dubai, UAE. Our client is seeking a Motor Claims Specialist as part of an Emiratization initiative. This role involves managing and processing motor insurance claims efficiently, ensuring accurate resolution and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Claims Processing: Review and assess motor insurance claims to determine coverage, liability, and damages.
- Customer Liaison: Communicate with policyholders to gather necessary information, explain the claims process, and provide timely updates.
- Coordination: Work with repair shops, adjusters, and legal teams to facilitate smooth claims handling and resolution.
- Documentation: Ensure thorough documentation of claims and maintain accurate records in the claims management system.
- Settlement: Process and authorise claim payments according to company policies and procedures.
- Compliance: Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring all claims are processed in compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements- Experience in motor claims or a related insurance field.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in claims management software and MS Office.
- UAE National (Emirati) with a focus on building a career in the insurance industry.
