Organization Unit Purpose


Tanfeeth HF UW unit for providing decisions on cases and solely handle the Home Finance for proposed retail lending applications. ICS HF UW shall ensure that effective Bank’s and IB Sharia compliance, policies & procedures to be followed in order to deliver quality service to internal and external customers.


Job Purpose


  • To provide retail lending / financing facilities to EIB clients, as per EIB policy and as per the EIB lending delegation authorities
  • Adherence to policies, procedures and compliance requirements of the organization
  • Maintain strict confidentially on all accounts and bank's products and policies. 
  • Ensure compliance to regulatory changes
  • Provide competent, problem-free and timely service to customers both internal and external
  • In addition to supporting and assisting Manager EI-Retail Credit with day – to –day managerial tasks.

Job Content


Productivity


  • Productivity Report
    To evaluate day to day retail underwriting proposals received at Tanfeeth end with in the agreed TAT. 
  • Deliver against SOP/KPI as set by unit manager from time to time
  • Maintaining a constant low error rate along with a satisfactory productivity level. 
  • Ensure End to end daily / monthly reconciliation of application received in Tanfeeth. 
  • Provide training on system and process for the new staff 
  • Undertake and fulfill the tasks provided by the Line Manager

Control Function


  • QA Report
  • To assist Retail Credit Manager in performing Control functions as such to review the application processed by the individual to identify and address the weakness that could result for better credit.

Personal Development 


  • Training
  • To ensure staff attends all internal mandatory trainings and external trainings as nominated by the Unit Manager during the year.
  • Ensure healthy atmosphere and free exchange of ideas, suggestions and building team spirit.

Compliance


  • Internal Audit Feedback / Control Unit MIS
  • Adherence to policies, procedures and compliance requirements of the organization.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality on all account and banks products and policies. 
  • Ensure and update the compliance regulatory changes.

  • Provides competent, problem- free and timely service to customers both internal and external
  • To liaise with frontend (business team and branches) on status of the application. And to action without any delay. 
  • Prompt handling queries and complaints from frontend.
  • Ensure healthy atmosphere and free exchange of ideas, suggestions and building a team spirit.

Continuous Improvement


  • Performance Management 
  • Provide suggestions and recommendation in order to improve existing processes and systems.
  • Identify and share with sales & branches weakness and improvements in process and applications which could result in reducing the TAT. 
  • Punctuality and Self-Discipline.

Person Specifications


Experiences


  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Minimum of 05 years’ experience in UAE

Knowledge & Skills


  • Computer literate with basic knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluency in spoken and written English 
  • English level
