Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Mortgage Advisor specializing in Islamic Financing to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will provide expert guidance on Sharia-compliant mortgage products to our diverse clientele, ensuring their financial needs are met while adhering to Islamic principles.
Achieve mortgage business targets by actively promoting mortgage products and cross-selling other banking products as appropriate Offer Islamic mortgage products and services to clients, explaining complex financial concepts in simple terms Conduct thorough financial assessments of clients to determine their eligibility for Islamic mortgage products Analyze clients' financial situations and recommend appropriate Sharia-compliant mortgage solutions Stay up-to-date with UAE banking regulations and ensure all recommendations comply with Sharia law and local regulations Collaborate with internal teams to process mortgage applications efficiently and accurately Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and address any concerns Contribute to the development of new Islamic mortgage products and services Prepare detailed reports on market trends, client portfolios, and performance metrics Participate in community outreach programs to educate the public about Islamic financing options
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Islamic mortgage advisory or a related field Strong knowledge of Islamic finance principles and products Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly Proficiency in financial analysis and mortgage calculations
