Job Description
Provides technical expertise through sales presentations, product/solutions demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products, solutions, and services. Drives overall business and product deal support by providing clinical and technical product (modality) expertise on the product / modality across the accounts. Run and develop Hospital Patient Monitoring business unit in Gulf region (UAE, Oman, Yemen, Iran).
Your Role:
Achieve ambitious AOP and IGM Targets for HPM, EC & AMD businesses in Gulf & Levant region through focusing on winning OIT and securing Sales.
Develop sustainable flow business channels for HPM, EC & AMD businesses in the Gulf & Levant region through applying special focus on Private and Public sectors.
Accelerate the growth of HPM, EC & AMD businesses in Gulf & Levant region by promoting our advanced technologies and product features and ensure successful launch of new products and solutions.
Provides technical expertise through Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations of HPM, EC & AMD portfolios.
Build strong relationships with Healthcare Professionals in Intensive Care, Operating Rooms, Recovery, Emergency, Cardiology and Maternity Departments in Public and Private Healthcare Institutions.
Develop and drive credibility and long-term relationship with Business Partners and Sub-distributors (if any) and provide the required support to their local sales team to achieve their set financial targets.
Educates and train distributor sales force according to the company rules and standards. Plan frequent meetings with local partners and their market sales force.
Supports existing customers and HPM, EC & AMD installed base in Gulf & Levant markets and provide the required support to our end-customers to ensure their full satisfaction.
Outpace competition in Gulf & Levant Markets, target their accounts heavily, monitor their activities and provide complete market intelligence (incl. customer database) to analyze market dynamics.
Plans and organize workshops in the scope of sales and clinical marketing to promote our technologies and advanced features.
Participates in local congresses, trade shows and exhibitions related to HPM, EC & AMD portfolios.

You are the right if:
Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, Medicine, Nursing, or relevant specialty
Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in Medical Device Industry with proven record of sales
Previous experience in Hospital Patient Monitoring & Emergency Care & Cardiology Diagnostics is preferred.
Experience in Healthcare Solutions /Critical Care/Operating Rooms/ Emergency Department.
Ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships both internally and externally.
Very good command of written and spoken English & Arabic
Resident in UAE with valid driving license is a strong plus
No restriction to travel

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
