Job Description:
- Operate mixing equipment to blend ingredients according to specified instructions.
- Monitor the mixing process to ensure proper consistency and quality of the product.
- Adjust machine settings as needed to achieve desired results.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient production.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a mixer operator or similar role in a manufacturing setting.
- Knowledge of mixing equipment and processes.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
