About the job MIS Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented MIS Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7-15 years of experience in management information systems, with a strong command of Excel and Microsoft Office. This role involves preparing and analyzing reports on the firm's performance, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of information, and undertaking various operational tasks. The MIS Manager will be a key player in presenting data-driven insights and supporting operational efficiency within the organization.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Report Preparation: Develop and prepare comprehensive reports on the firm's performance metrics, operational efficiency, and other relevant data.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of the prepared reports to provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
  • Information Filing: Ensure that all information and reports are filed accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Operational Tasks: Undertake various operational tasks as required, contributing to the smooth functioning of the MIS department and supporting overall business operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to gather data and provide support.
  • Presentation of Findings: Prepare and present analysis and reports to management, clearly communicating key findings and insights.

Qualifications:


  • Experience: 7-15 years of experience in a management information systems role or similar position.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. Advanced skills in data analysis, reporting, and presentation.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong numerate skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Accuracy: Demonstrated ability to manage and file information accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Operational Efficiency: Experience in handling various operational tasks and contributing to overall process improvements.
  • Team Player: Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on detail, ensuring that reports and analyses are precise and reliable.

Education:


  • Bachelors degree in information systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
