Middle East and Africa Export Director based in United Arab Emirates
Your mission
Reporting to the International Export Director, you will be responsible for the strategy and management of export operations of the region you will be accountable of the P&L of the Regional Export business, with focus on delivering market share, double digit revenues growth and EBIT improvement ahead of revenues, market prioritization and investment choices to win.
You will manage and develop relationships with regional distributors and a team of area export managers, marketing activation managers and coordinate with local teams.
Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to effectively manage regional projects, interfacing between and coordinating local entities and the various contacts at head office.
Managing the direct export activity by carrying out market analysis, searching for distributors, leading partnerships, taking responsibility for the profit center and developing new partnership upon business potential, licencing-in or licencing-out and new territories based on development strategy of the Group.

Who you are
Graduated in International Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field with a proven experience of 10 years in a regional senior export or commercial role, Head of regional Sales, Business unit head or similar with deep knowledge of international trade, export laws, and regulations. You have a strong track record of driving export sales growth and entering new international markets and excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a perfect command of business English.
