Job Overview: 

Brixio is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mid-Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring the overall quality of our entire system, focusing on both manual and automated testing. As part of a dynamic team, you will play a key role in validating the performance, scalability, and reliability of all system components across multiple platforms. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for the entire system, covering web, mobile, and kiosk applications. 

• Collaborate closely with development, product, and operations teams to understand system requirements and define comprehensive test plans. 

• Conduct thorough system-wide testing, including API testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing. 

• Utilize Katalon Studio with Cucumber and Cypress to develop automated test scripts, enhancing test efficiency and coverage. 

• Perform load and performance testing to ensure system scalability and reliability. 

• Document and track software defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely issue resolution. 

• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve the quality of both test and production code. 

• Contribute to continuous process improvements to increase testing efficiency and effectiveness. 

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, tools, and practices in software testing.
