MICROSOFT D365 CRM TECHNO FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft D365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultant with 5-7 years of functional experience to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing and optimizing CRM Service solutions, configuring entities, and leveraging automation tools to enhance business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and optimize Microsoft D365 CRM Service solutions.
• Configure CRM entities, relationships, and workflows to align with business requirements.
• Develop and automate business processes using Power Automate.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into CRM solutions.
• Provide technical and functional expertise in CRM Service implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues to ensure smooth operation.
• Document configurations, processes, and best practices for ongoing system improvements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience in a techno-functional role with Microsoft D365 CRM.
• Strong expertise in CRM Service implementation.
• Hands-on experience with entity configuration and relationships in D365 CRM.
• Proficiency in Power Automate for business process automation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certifications.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Azure integrations and cloud-based CRM solutions.
