Assist in implementing and managing security measures across Azure and Microsoft 365 environments to protect against unauthorized access, data breaches, and other security threats.
Monitor Azure Security Center and Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Center for potential threats, vulnerabilities, and compliance issues.
Support identity and access management by configuring and maintaining Azure Active Directory (AAD), including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access Policies, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
Assist in the deployment and management of encryption, data loss prevention (DLP), and information protection policies within Microsoft 365 and Azure.
Help implement and monitor security baselines, audits, and assessments in Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
Participate in the investigation and remediation of security incidents, working closely with senior engineers and the security operations team.
Support compliance initiatives by assisting in the configuration and management of compliance policies and reports in Microsoft 365 and Azure.
Stay updated on the latest security features, updates, and best practices in Azure and Microsoft 365, and recommend enhancements to existing security protocols.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that security requirements are integrated into all aspects of cloud deployments and operations.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of security documentation, including policies, procedures, and incident response plans.
