MEP Project Manager Execution

AHS, a dynamic leader in the real estate sector, is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager Execution to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects from planning through completion. You will lead project teams, ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget requirements while fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders and subcontractors.

• Manage MEP project execution, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with design teams, architects, and construction managers to ensure effective integration of MEP systems
• Supervise subcontractors and field personnel, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor project status
• Resolve technical and operational issues as they arise during the project lifecycle
• Prepare and maintain clear project documentation, including progress reports and change orders
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in MEP engineering
