What You'll Do
Preparation of Mechanical drawings:- HVAC (Air Conditioning, Ventilations, Kitchen Ventilation Schematic). - Electrical (Power, Lighting, IT & Fire Alarm Layouts). - Hydraulics (Water Supply, Drainage, Gas & Firefighting).
Preparation of MEP coordination drawings with other stakeholders i.e. structural, Architectural, &interior designers.
Collect initial drawings, calculations and design info from engineers, and combine all relevant data into solid and complete initial design models for review and modification
Ensures and maintains quality for finished drawings.
Preparation of Schematic diagram and isometric layouts.
Preparation of layout according to the local and international Standards
Preparation of duct sizing from airflow data.
Basic knowledge of different Mechanical & electrical equipment. Preferred F&B equipment.
Update drawings as required during the design process to reflect changes in project scope or requirements.
What we're looking for
Associate degree in drafting.
At least 3+ years of experience as a Mechanical Draughtsman.
Good knowledge of Mechanical & electrical Systems
Proficient with AutoCAD & MS Office.
Excellent technical communication skills with engineers & Architecture designers.
Professional certification in mechanical drafting.
Experience with mechanical manufacturing process.
F&B experience.
Strong attention to detail and mathematical abilities.
