We are currently seeking MEP Draftsman
Key Responsibilities
The candidate should be well versed with the preparation of drawings , drafting for Mechanical services such as Plumbing -including water supply , drainage , sanitation , storm water systems ( Both above ground and underground services ) . Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm system designs, HVAC systems such as HVAC duct layouts , pipe layouts , Equipment layout .
The candidate should also be aware of latest Dubai Municipality guidelines & requirement of Authority such as Civil Defense , Tarkhees , DDA etc . Sizing of various pipes, ducts , cables as per standard Municipality guidelines . Must have knowledge on preparation of Coordination drawings.
Qualification
Diploma in mechanical engineering or Drafting course from reputed institute is required
5-6 years of good working experience
Experience in Luxury Villas , Commercial building , high rise towers will be essential
Salary - AED 4000 - AED 5000
Job Location- Dubai, UAE
Immediate joiners preferred
