Mehnaty Graduate Analyst - Emirati Graduate Program

Mehnaty Graduate Analyst is an Emirati Program for a duration of 13 months designed to develop and nurture UAE national talent, preparing fresh Emirati university graduates for future roles in banking.

Here at Citi, rotational programs are intended to help you build a broad skillset and accelerate your career growth by gaining exposure across our business. The analyst program starts at the end of the Summer and begins with a business specific training program.

You will then rotate across four different departments, where you will have hands-on experience working across Business. Rotations usually provide product management, sales, technical and client-facing experience – allowing you to build a strong professional global network at Citi. In line with Citi’s global hybrid working policy, successful candidates will be required to be present in the office at least 3 days a week.

We want to hear from you if...

• Graduates between 2022 – 2024.
• Obtained or on course to achieve a 2:1 as per UK education system or GPA 3 or equivalent and above.
• Keen interest in a career in financial services.
