About the Client:


Our client is a renowned OOH (Out-of-Home) media agency based in Dubai, specializing in innovative and high-impact outdoor advertising solutions. With an impressive portfolio of digital and traditional OOH assets spanning the MENA region, they are a key player in transforming how brands engage with audiences in public spaces. To support their growth in the region, they are looking to hire a dynamic and experienced OOH Media Sales Manager to spearhead business development and strengthen their relationships with agencies and clients across MENA.


Position Overview:


The OOH Media Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of OOH media solutions, with a strong focus on agency relationships across the MENA region. This role requires a results-driven, self-motivated sales professional with deep knowledge of the OOH industry and established contacts within media agencies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling OOH media solutions and the ability to secure high-value deals and long-term partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Business Development & Sales:
  • Lead business development initiatives within the OOH media space to drive revenue. Identify new business opportunities with agencies and direct clients in the MENA region, focusing on growing the client base and expanding market share.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with key decision-makers within advertising agencies and brands. Act as the primary point of contact for agency partners, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and maximizing sales potential.
  • Strategic Sales Planning:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue goals. Collaborate with senior management to align sales objectives with overall business targets and market trends.
  • Sales Presentations & Negotiations:
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations to agencies and clients, demonstrating the value and effectiveness of OOH advertising solutions. Lead negotiations and close high-value deals, ensuring both agency/client needs and agency offerings are met.
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the OOH sector. Provide clients with insights on how to leverage OOH media effectively in their advertising strategies.
  • Campaign Support & Execution:
  • Work closely with the operations and creative teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. Act as a liaison between the sales team and internal teams to deliver a successful OOH advertising experience for clients.
  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior leadership. Track and measure sales KPIs, providing insight into sales strategies and market conditions.

Requirements:


Experience:


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in media sales, with at least 3 years in the OOH media space.
  • Strong track record in generating sales and building relationships within the advertising industry, particularly with agencies in the MENA region.

Contacts & Network:


  • Established and extensive network of contacts within advertising agencies and key decision-makers across the MENA region.

Skills:


  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the OOH media landscape and how to sell across various formats, including digital and traditional OOH.

Languages:


  • Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Personal Attributes:


  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
