Your Opportunity
We are looking for a Mechanical Supervisor in Abu Dhabi, UAE who will supervise and coordinate mechanical work for the responsible area of discipline in accordance with the required O&M and PPM to meet or exceed KPI's, statutory requirements and Company procedures ensuring compliance with HSE and QA/QC policies and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have adaptability including teamwork, flexibility needed to fulfill job responsibilities, adapting to changes in work environment and accepting supervisory feedback.
The hiring for this role is subject to contract award.
Key Accountabilities
Assists in providing technical direction and on-the-job training to supervised staff
Assigns and coordinates work to Drafters, Mechanical Technicians and Assistant Mechanical Technicians
Conducts Tool Box Meetings when required
Assumes the lead supervisory role on critical issues to be resolved
Specific Requirements
At least seven (7) years of experience with advance knowledge in Mechanical Engineering.
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow / Green / Black Belt preferred.
