Job Summary
Our Client provides comprehensive Facilities Management services, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, reliable maintenance solutions. Job Description:
Plans & prepares the PM & CM schedule & technical reports.
Do inspections and offer quotations for electrical works and task orders
Monitor work quality and provide proper advice for performance improvement
Conduct on-job training sessions for the technical staff as planned
Observe/ inspect warehouse mechanical stock.
Manage and supervise contractors’ preventive maintenance
Prepare regular reports by all damages and technical incidents.
Follow up and complete work orders on the system.
Assure the performance & quality of service
Ensure all technical staff are applying the safety rules and regulations
Develop and test the maintenance techniques plans
Do regular risk assessment
Assign the technical team’s tasks and develop a work plan
Do weekly/monthly inspection on all Mechanical equipment/ systems at the site
Control the cost of spare parts and consumables
Improve the project’s profit
Job Requirements:
Proven working experience in mechanical engineering
Hands-on experience with computer-aided engineering (CAM).
Mathematical computing and analysis tools knowledge (Matlab, Excel, LabView etc)
Creativity and analytical skills
Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
Technical writing skills
BSc degree in Engineering
