The key objectives for this role are:
- Overseeing the acquisition of materials and supplies to meet project and operational needs.
- Managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability without overstocking or shortages.
- Coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials.
- Monitoring and controlling material costs to stay within budget and identify cost-saving
- Ensuring that all materials meet required quality standards and specifications.
- Maintaining accurate records of material transactions, including purchase orders, invoices, and inventory reports.
- Identifying and mitigating risks related to material supply and availability.
