This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Materials Management Specialist with a proven track record in overseeing the procurement, inventory, and distribution of materials to ensure efficient and timely supply chain operations in support of project and operational needs for a high-profile client.

The key objectives for this role are: 


  • Overseeing the acquisition of materials and supplies to meet project and operational needs.
  • Managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability without overstocking or shortages.
  • Coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials.
  • Monitoring and controlling material costs to stay within budget and identify cost-saving 
  • Ensuring that all materials meet required quality standards and specifications.
  • Maintaining accurate records of material transactions, including purchase orders, invoices, and inventory reports.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks related to material supply and availability.
