As a Massage Therapist at Sapphire Spa, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality massage and wellness treatments, ensuring an exceptional experience for each guest. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of massage therapies, including Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, and other specialty techniques.
• Assess clients' individual needs and tailor treatments to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in treatment rooms and ensure hygiene standards are met.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships, offering professional and personalized service.
• Uphold the highest level of customer service and ensure guests have an exceptional spa experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Massage Therapist (at least 1-2 years in a similar spa or wellness center preferred).
• Relevant certifications in massage therapy.
• Excellent knowledge of various massage techniques and willingness to learn new methods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, friendly, and client-focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
