Key Accountabilities:
• Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.
• Repairs to building fabric including breaking out and repair of concrete, simple re-enforcing steel fixing, block work, plastering, tiling, paving, manhole construction and benching, general building works.
• Use of mechanical equipment commonly used for the above works.
• Safe working practices on staging and platforms at site.
• Knowledgeable in concrete works.
• Ability to read construction drawings.
Experience / Qualification & Skills:
• 10th standard or equivalent general education.
• Masonry Experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar capacity
