Position:  Marketing Specialist


Location: Marina Plaza, Dubai


The client is a fast-growing real estate technology startup and a digital platform tailored for landlords and tenants in Dubai, offering user-friendly tools and resources to simplify property management independently.


They are looking for a marketing professional based in Dubai who excels at creating and delivering content that converts. The ideal candidate understands user needs, presents information effectively, and creates impactful content across channels to drive high conversion rates.


Key Responsibilities


  • Content Creation & Conversion Optimization: Develop high-converting materials, including landing pages, Google Ads, social media posts, email campaigns, and banner text. Ensure all content is compelling, user-focused, and consistent with the brand.
  • Landing Page & Website Management: Collaborate with designers and developers to create or optimize landing pages for user acquisition.
  • Market & User Insight Development: Leverage local knowledge of Dubais real estate and tech markets to shape strategies. Research competitors to refine messaging and stay competitive.
  • Community Engagement: Engage users on social media and forums (e.g., Quora, Reddit) to build awareness. Support PR and influencer campaigns to enhance Habis presence.
  • Collaboration & Strategic Reporting: Work closely with the remote Marketing Manager to align strategies. Provide insights and propose improvements.

Qualifications & Skills


  • Native-level English (written and spoken); Arabic or additional languages are a plus. Previous experience in the international market and multicultural team is mandatory.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to craft and deliver information that converts with attention to detail and precision.
  • Proven Experience: 2+ years in content creation, landing page design, copywriting, and digital marketing.
  • Local Market Knowledge: Based in Dubai with a strong understanding of real estate and technology markets.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Amplitude is a plus.
  • Adaptability & Speed: thrives in a fast-paced startup environment with a proactive, organized approach to tasks.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on delivering polished, high-quality content.
