1. Strategic Marketing & Brand Positioning
Assist in developing and executing marketing plans that align with business objectives.
Enhance brand awareness and positioning by ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
2. Digital Marketing & Content Management
Manage and update the company website and ensure its alignment with SEO best practices.
Plan and execute Social Media posts and campaigns that align with the Marketing strategy and goals.
Track and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and LinkedIn Insights, providing recommendations for improvement.
3. Public Relations & Industry Engagement
Identify and coordinate opportunities for thought leadership, speaking engagements, and industry panels.
Support media engagement and monitor brand presence in the market.
4. Client Engagement & Business Development Support
Develop targeted B2B marketing materials such as case studies, capability statements, and presentations.
Plan and coordinate corporate networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings.
5. Internal Communications & Employer Branding
Support internal newsletters, employee recognition programs, and corporate updates.
Assist in promoting Khansaheb as an employer of choice, ensuring visibility of employee success stories and company culture.
6. Event Management & Award Submissions
Support Khansaheb’s participation in key industry events, trade shows, and award programs.
Manage event logistics, branding materials, and post-event marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Excellent command over Marketing and Communication principles
Strong copywriting and content creation skills for professional and technical audiences.
A creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of SEO, LinkedIn marketing, and digital analytics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work independently.
