As a Marketing Executive, you will play a critical role in promoting our training programs and enhancing our brand presence. Your primary focus will be on attracting both students (outsiders) and professionals to our diverse range of training courses. This role requires flexibility, creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to successfully manage various tasks and projects in a dynamic environment.
Specific Roles as a Marketing Executive
Marketing Strategy Development
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement marketing plans aimed at increasing enrollment for both student and professional training courses.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, target audiences, and competitor strategies.
Campaign Management
- Lead and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, social media, email, print, and events, specifically targeting potential students and professionals in coordination with the Academic Head for the ACTVET Approval.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results
Social Media Management:
- Oversee the Center's social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram, with a focus on engaging both students and professionals.
- Engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages promptly in relation to training courses.
Event Planning and Coordination
- Plan and execute promotional events, webinars, and workshops to attract potential students and professionals.
- Represent the center at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
Public Relations
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and partners.
- Draft and distribute press releases and other PR materials to promote the center’s programs and achievements.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the admissions, academic, and administrative teams to ensure marketing efforts align with the center’s goals.
- Assist other departments as needed with marketing-related tasks and projects
