As the Marketing Manager, New Acquisition for the EMEA Region, you will play a pivotal role in driving new customer acquisition strategies and programs to fuel Payoneer’s growth across the region. This role requires a results-driven marketer with a deep understanding of the EMEA market landscape, strong leadership capabilities, and expertise in both digital marketing and integrated campaign execution. You will work cross-functionally with sales, product, and regional teams to optimize marketing initiatives and grow the customer base for Payoneer.
What you’ll be spending your time on
New Customer Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to drive new customer acquisition for Payoneer’s products and services across the EMEA region.
- Identify and assess high-value customer segments within the EMEA market, including SMEs, e-commerce businesses, digital marketplaces.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with Payoneer’s value propositions, ensuring strong messaging across customer acquisition channels.
Campaign Development & Execution:
- Lead the design, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns (including digital, content, paid media, events, and partnerships) focused on new customer acquisition.
- Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring effective allocation and maximizing ROI.
- Develop and track KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Digital Marketing & Demand Generation:
- Drive the adoption of digital channels such as SEM, SEO, social media, display ads, and email marketing to generate leads and new customer sign-ups.
- Leverage data and insights to optimize lead generation and nurturing processes across digital channels.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct deep market research to understand local customer behaviors, challenges, and needs across key EMEA markets.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities in the region to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Regularly report on insights, industry trends, and competitive intelligence to help refine acquisition strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, partnerships, and customer success teams to align on growth initiatives, ensuring a seamless customer journey from acquisition to onboarding.
- Partner with the product marketing team to ensure messaging and positioning resonate with new customers in EMEA.
- Collaborate with the regional leadership team to define marketing objectives, ensure alignment with overall business goals, and ensure regional success.
Have you done this kind of stuff?
- 10+ years of marketing experience with a strong focus on customer acquisition in the B2B or fintech sectors.
- Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive new customer acquisition.
- Experience managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, from strategy to execution to analysis, with a data-driven mindset.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Experience in the financial technology or payments space is preferred.
