Use insights to refine marketing efforts and strategies.Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content for various marketing platforms, including blogs, social media, and advertisements.Public Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other key partners to generate positive press coverage and public awareness.Event Promotion: Coordinate and support the marketing of hotel events, conferences, and special promotions.Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources while meeting objectives.Partnerships & Collaborations: Establish partnerships with local businesses, tourism boards, and other relevant organizations to drive additional business opportunities.Monitor Campaign Performance: Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve KPIs.Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Work with the sales team to develop and execute CRM initiatives to increase customer loyalty and repeat business.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in the hospitality industry.Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content strategy.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong project management and organizational skills.Experience with data analysis and performance metrics.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
