Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the insurance technology and fintech sectors within the industry, with a proven track record in digital marketing. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that enhances our brand visibility, engages our target audience, and drives growth. 

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives and market opportunities. 
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. 
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising. 
  • Lead content strategy and oversee the creation of engaging content that communicates our value proposition effectively to our target audience. 
  • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure marketing strategies are fully integrated with product offerings and customer experience. 
  • Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive customer acquisition. 
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insights to refine marketing strategies. 
  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently, allocating resources to maximize ROI. 
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. 
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing, insurance technology, and fintech sectors to keep our marketing strategies innovative and effective.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. 
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. 
  • Strong background in digital marketing, insurance technology, and fintech sectors.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies. 
  • Excellent analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing performance.
