Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join a leading Out-of-Home (OOH) media agency in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional with a strong background in managing teams and driving strategic marketing initiatives. Prior media experience is not required, but a passion for marketing and a results-driven approach are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive client engagement.
• Oversee the marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful campaign execution and achievement of targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials, including digital content, brochures, and presentations.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage the agency’s social media presence, ensuring consistent messaging and effective engagement with target audiences.
• Coordinate marketing events and promotional activities to showcase the agency’s services and capabilities.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in managing teams and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop junior staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a creative mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
