Job Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing Manager with proven experience in the interior fit-out industry to lead our marketing efforts, drive lead generation, and help grow our business. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic marketing expertise and business development skills, with a focus on delivering measurable results in terms of leads, conversions, and project acquisitions. This role requires someone who can create and implement marketing strategies that strengthen our brand presence and generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies designed to generate high-quality leads and position the company as a market leader in the interior fit-out industry.
Lead Generation & Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through various marketing initiatives, networking, and industry events, ensuring a steady pipeline of leads and project inquiries.
Digital & Traditional Marketing Campaigns:
Plan and manage digital marketing efforts including SEO, Google Ads, social media campaigns, and email marketing, while also incorporating traditional marketing channels such as trade shows, print advertising, and industry partnerships.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Actively engage with potential clients, architects, designers, and property developers to build relationships and convert leads into business opportunities.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
Continuously monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and refine marketing strategies accordingly.
Brand Building & Awareness:
Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing platforms, increasing visibility and establishing the company as a go-to expert for interior fit-out solutions.
Marketing Materials & Content Creation:
Oversee the creation of marketing materials, presentations, case studies, and project portfolios to showcase the company’s work and capabilities to potential clients.
- **Commission-Based Business Development:
Drive revenue growth through commission-based incentives, meeting and exceeding targets for new project acquisitions and successful lead conversions.
Collaboration with Sales & Design Teams:
Work closely with the sales and design teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals, ensuring seamless communication and a cohesive approach to project pitches.
Budget Management:
Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring high ROI from all marketing activities and campaigns.
Key Qualifications:
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing within the **interior fit-out industry** is required, with a strong understanding of the industry’s nuances and client needs.
Business Development Skills:
Proven track record of generating and converting leads into new business, particularly in the B2B sector of interior design or fit-out projects.
Strategic Thinker:
Ability to develop and implement long-term marketing strategies that drive growth, increase brand awareness, and generate tangible business results.
Digital Marketing Expertise:
Proficiency in digital marketing channels, tools, and platforms (e.g., SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, CRM systems).
Communication & Negotiation Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
Results-Driven & Target-Oriented:
Ability to meet and exceed business development targets, with a focus on results and performance-based outcomes.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
