AZADEA Group is apremierlifestyle retail company that ownsand operates more than 40 leading internationalfranchise concepts in fashion and accessories, food and beverage, home furnishings,sporting goods, multimedia and beauty and cosmetics across theMiddle East and Africa spreadacross 13 countries overseeing more than 700 stores.

JOB PURPOSE

The Marketing Lead is responsible for managing marketing across several brands within the group and leading marketing activities across both offline and online channels. He/she collaborates with interdepartmental functions to deliver the right KPIs for all the brands in their portfolio.

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Lead marketing activities across multiple brands within the group, encompassing all departments including fashion, lifestyle, and pure e-commerce (Azadea.com).

-Assess business impact and invest in the appropriate communication channels. Track the budget with the team to ensure clear measurement and KPI tracking.

-Develop big campaign ideas and incorporate them into engagement strategies, delivering attractive and rewarding brand experiences to target consumers.

-Identify and analyze opportunities to increase store traffic and sales by researching new technologies, markets, and competitors.

-Manage interdepartmental communications and build relationships with commercial, local, social media marketing, and creative teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with the company's strategic direction and goals.

-Integrate marketing strategy to set goals for increasing revenue, market share, and brand awareness.

-Build strategic relationships with key platform partners and professionals to create a strong network.

-Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate his/her team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base, and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company.

LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

Language Proficiency

-Fluency in English.

Technical Skills

-Proficiency in MS Office.

Specific Expertise

-Proficiency in Google Adwords, Facebook ads manager, Google Analytics, MMP (Branch/Adjust).

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or Business Administration, or a related field.

Master's degree is a plus.

EXPERIENCE

General Experience

Six to eight years of experience in Marketing, or a similar role.

Managerial Experience

Three years of experience in a managerial role.
