Job Summary

During the internship, you will have access to sales and application teams, leaders, and have opportunities to network throughout the company. Your primary objective is to generate new business opportunities, will support our marketing efforts by managing social media platforms and maintaining our internal database to identify potential customers.

Responsibilities:

Specific internship responsibilities will vary based on your assignment. This internship project is based on MTA Business Growth; the activities expected in this role are:

• Update and maintain the internal customer database with accurate and current information.
• Conduct research to identify potential customers and input relevant data into the database.
• Assist in segmenting the database for targeted marketing campaigns.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
• Assist in compiling and analyzing data to support marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
• Understand customer needs, and informing Sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
