As a Marketing Intern at Zopreneurs, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team with dayto-day activities, content creation, lead management, and digital marketing campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their marketing skills and gain real-world experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Attend marketing huddles and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Complete assigned tasks in Zoho and ensure timely updates on all platforms.
  • Document and manage inquiries, capturing names, email addresses, and phone numbers in the CRM.
  • Engage with website visitors using Sales IQ and manage leads from Gallabox and the website.
  • Qualify marketing leads and ensure proper tracking in the CRM.
  • Create and publish blog posts, SMS campaigns, and email blasts for both existing and potential clients.
  • Prepare and send WhatsApp forwards for customer engagement, drawing content from social media.
  • Generate performance reports for the website, detailing contacts, engagement, and opportunities.
  • Prepare reports summarizing lead interactions, conversations, and conversions for internal meetings

Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Zoho experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies (email, SMS, social media).
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Familiarity with tools like Sales IQ and Gallabox is a bonus
  • Must demonstrate good manners and effective communication skills.
  • Tasks that require scheduling (e.g., blog posts) must be completed in advance to ensure timely publication.
  • ​Must be available to cover events; timings will vary based on the event. If unable to attend, the intern must arrange for someone else to cover.

  • Develop a brief marketing plan for a fictional product or service.
  • Write a 300-500 word blog post on a marketing-related topic.
  • Create a mock social media campaign for Zopreneurs, including sample posts.
