• Designs all marketing collaterals and branding materials of the hospital-static, animated, print, digital, and online.
• Monitors the production, deployment, and installation of all marketing collaterals and branding materials.
• Coordinates offline, thematic, and tactical communication campaigns such as print ads, radio ads, car ads, outdoor ads, electronic ads, SMS promotions, press releases, among others.
• Coordinates and manages the relationship with all external agencies including advertising creative, advertising placement, public relations, transit media, electronic media, mobile media, website, digital marketing, among others.
• Coordinates and manages the relationship with all vendors for below-the-line marketing materials.
• Manages the official brand website and updates its content on a regular basis through the website agency.
• Manages the brand’s online presence via website, social media platforms, (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), search engine optimization, and online advertising.
• Manages the brand’s social media platforms through calendar creation, content creation, regular posting, answering inquiries/ comments/ feedback, and overall online community management/ engagement.
• Coordinates all community events including wellness camps, screening campaigns, health lectures Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities, and customer retention events.
• Coordinates all medical events including medical conferences and Continuing Medical Education (CME) lectures for physicians and community-based doctors
• Assists all medical departments in developing educational materials and literatures for the guests/patients
• Assists internal stakeholders and departments in designing internal communication materials.
