What you will do
The Marketing Executive is a key role directly reporting to the Business Development Manager of the Middle East region. You will be based in Dubai and lead the growth of our market share with your sales team in the region for the DX (RAC, PAC & VRF) portfolio among our present and target reseller network.
You will be focused on maintaining the relation with the existing channels and adding new channel partners across the region to deliver the sales across the Hitachi DX product brands. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to deliver our business objectives for the region.
How you will do it
As a Marketing Professional you will be using your expertise and experience to implement and support marketing campaigns, develop customer communication programs using our Marketing Automation Platform Pardot, and leverage Sales Force to generate effective sales leads and enhance measurement of the effectiveness of the action. You will Ensure the customer satisfaction with the sales team and support when needed.
You’re naturally perseverant, tenacious and consistent in your approach to work, managing multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning, organization and time management skills.
What we look for
Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in trade marketing or corporate marketing.
Proven development and growth of commercial customers and distributor portfolio
Proven ability in developing and delivering sales activities and market growth for new customers.
Excellent in managing the sales team and motivating them to achieve the targets and overcome the challenges.
Tireless, results driven, strong sales drive and hunter mentality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
Fluent language skills in Arabic & English
Ability to travel.
Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
High-level communication and networking skills.
A passion for marketing.
Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
