About You:


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Executive to join our amazing Marketing team in Zabeel House the Greens by Jumeirah. The main purpose of the role is to Support the Manager / Assistant Manager in implementing and managing comprehensive and integrated marketing and communication strategies for the hotel, ensuring alignment with the luxury positioning and global identity of Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts and achievement of commercial targets


  • Assist the Manager/Assistant Manager in executing marketing strategies and initiatives, managing day-to-day marketing operations.
  • Act as a brand steward, ensuring all marketing and communications efforts align with the brand strategy and support in developing hotel-level brand assets and maintaining an artwork archive.
  • Create and manage engaging content across multiple platforms, adhering to visual style guidelines, and provide support for photo and video shoots while maintaining the hotel’s image library.
  • Assist in developing and executing an annual PR plan, manage hotel-level PR activities and events, respond to media queries, update media kits, and create monthly PR reports.
  • Develop and execute an annual social media plan, support social media shoots, maintain social media channels, and create and distribute monthly social media reports.
  • Support in activating strategic luxury partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to enhance brand positioning.
  • Deliver and optimize digital marketing campaigns, manage website and mobile app content, conduct brand audits, oversee in-house communication channels, and create post-campaign reports.
  • Implement Trade Marketing campaigns aligned with brand standards and commercial KPIs and provide marketing support for Global Sales Tradeshows and Events.
  • Execute loyalty-related initiatives and campaigns, develop a CRM/email distribution calendar, and create email campaigns to support acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Secure and negotiate supplier quotes, raise purchase requests and invoices, liaise with Finance for payments, and provide project status updates and competitor analysis reports.

  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficient in English and local language (Read/Write/Speak)
  • Knowledge of additional language
