Objectives:
Support the marketing department to create and implement effective marketing strategies. Enhance brand visibility and contribute to driving customer engagement across all platforms. Increase customer base and revenue through innovative marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and execution of marketing campaigns to promote Solutions Group's services and initiatives. Conduct market research efforts to understand customer preferences, trends, and competitor activities. Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to produce engaging content and marketing materials. Coordinate and oversee social media strategy and execution to ensure consistent brand messaging. Track, measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns, offering insights and recommendations. Assist in managing the marketing budget and ensuring effective allocation of resources. Build and maintain relationships with media and advertising partners. Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies to keep the company ahead of the competition.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in an agency or hospitality group. Experience in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and content creation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills, with attention to detail. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and engaging audiences. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.* Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
