Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and product promotion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

2. Social Media Management:
- Manage and monitor the company’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop engaging content strategies to increase followers and engagement across all platforms.
- Analyse and report on social media performance metrics to refine strategies.
3. Event Management & Activations:
- Plan, organize, and execute marketing events, product launches, and brand activations.
- Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics.
4. Content Creation & Design:
- Create visually appealing and effective marketing materials using intermediate-level Photoshop skills.
- Assist in the development of design concepts for digital and print campaigns.
- Contribute to video editing and photography for content creation.
- Work with the creative team to ensure brand consistency across all assets.
5. Photography & Visual Content:
- Capture high-quality photographs for events, products, and brand promotions.
- Edit and curate images to use across digital and print platforms.
- Work closely with the design team to integrate visual content into campaigns.
6. Website Management:
- Oversee and maintain the company’s website, ensuring it is updated with relevant content, optimized for user experience, and aligned with SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with developers or third-party agencies to troubleshoot and improve website performance.
- Manage online content to ensure it reflects the latest product offerings, promotions, and brand messaging.
7. Media Planning & Management:
- Collaborate with media partners for digital, print, and broadcast advertising campaigns.
- Negotiate and manage media buys, ensuring cost-effective results.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and influencers.
8. Marketing Analysis & Reporting:
- Track and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM systems.
- Generate reports to assess ROI and optimize future campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms.
9. Brand Development:
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all channels.
- Collaborate with product teams to promote new product launches and initiatives.
