Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance and provide reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Content Creation:
Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, email campaigns, social media posts, and website content.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure content aligns with the brand’s visual and messaging standards.
Social Media Management:
Manage and monitor social media accounts, including posting content, engaging with audiences, and tracking metrics.
Stay updated on social media trends and propose new strategies to enhance engagement.
Market Research:
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Assist in identifying target audiences and developing marketing strategies to reach them effectively.
Event Coordination:
Support the planning and execution of events such as trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities.
Manage logistics, promotional materials, and post-event evaluations.
Administrative Support:
Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure deadlines are met.
Organize and update marketing assets, including databases, media files, and project folders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
