Join the EAME Distribution Team as a Marketing and Sales Operations Manager, where you will be responsible for the overall development of the Capability and Capacity of the dealer network within Sales and Marketing. The Marketing and Sales Operations Manager is the custodian of the Marketing and Sales Excellence Program within region, ensuring dealers adhere to and deploy related capabilities to enable Services Growth outcomes and growth. The Marketing and Sales Operations Manager will focus on growth capabilities in the areas of Sales Funnel Management, Digital Marketing and Ecommerce, Retail and Small Core and customer experience.
The Marketing Manager will work with Industry partners in both Aftermarket and Prime Sales to deploy impactful transformation at CAT dealers by redesigning the territory management and sales coverage processes, implementing “phygital” customer journeys, carrying out digital and marketing automation projects, driving adoption of predictive lead-generation systems and sales funnel management. What you will do:
Ensure execution of Caterpillar’s Marketing and Sales Operating Model across territory, through successful execution of Marketing and Sales Excellence Program. Represent Marketing and Sales Operations to key stakeholders, industry partners, and dealers.
Lead key Services Growth Marketing and Sales projects in dealer development within EAME. This includes, but is not limited to the areas of Retail, Coverage, and Funnel Management, such as Priorities Service Events (PSEs) and rebuilds.
Provide strategy development and lead the implementation of the Marketing and Sales Operations initiatives with the dealer network.
Provide regional supervisory support for marketing and sales operations team members. This includes Mentoring and coaching consultants and representatives.
Coach dealers to embed Sales and marketing capabilities within their dealership processes to ensure they can make impactful decisions in line with Services Growth
What skills you will have:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related discipline.
10+ years of Sales, Marketing, Retail, or Product support experience involving dealer facing responsibilities.
Previous successful experience in marketing or sales project management or strong project/process management skills
Strong, proven interpersonal skills including public presentation proficiency and ability to earn trust and credibility with senior dealer management teams
Knowledge of CRM management, digital marketing channels and tools.
The proven ability to effectively work with all hierarchy levels and influence others internally and externally to ensure relentless execution
Previous supervisory or project leadership positions is a plus
Proficiency in related territorial language other than English, French and Arabic an advantage
Willing to travel as required, up to 35%
